Swiss Corp srls reserves the right to modify, supplement or periodically update this information in compliance with the applicable legislation or with the provisions adopted by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
Mandatory or optional nature of providing data
Some data are essential for the fulfillment of legal, regulatory or regulatory obligations in general as well as to allow the conclusion of the contract, the correct execution and the best management of the same.

- the indication of the origin of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the treatment, of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools, identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to art. . 5, co. 2 of the "Code", of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can become aware of them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;
- (i) updating, rectification, integration of data, (ii) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and (iii) certification that the aforementioned operations are been brought to the attention of those to whom they have been communicated or disseminated.
- The interested party also has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons: to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
